Thank you for taking part in the survey recently. All participants who completed a qualifying survey were eligible to be placed in the draw (LTPS/13/06792) to win 1 of 10 $500 Vouchers. The winners were drawn on 16th December 2013 at the offices of National Field Services, 2/256 Coward St, Mascot, NSW, 2020. Winners have been notified by email or telephone and/or posted on this website. Entry was open to all Australian residents who completed a qualifying survey during the prize draw period. Employees and immediate families of National Field Services and their associated agencies were ineligible to enter. The prize is not transferable. Judges decision is final.
