Quality of our Resources

All of our interviewing is subject to rigorous quality checking. This includes analysis of statistics, auditing of interviews and survey monitoring. Each of these reports can be customised according to the requirements of any specific study. We believe our standards are very high in this area.

There are daily field reports. These are automated and designed in conjunction with the overall design of each project. At a minimum these include disposition codes and details of average interview length, response rates, reasons for refusal and quota fulfilment.

In order to increase the probability of detecting problems early, and to identify areas for improvement, at a minimum we undertake the following types of monitoring:

• sample monitoring;
• data quality monitoring;
• output monitoring; and
• respondent monitoring.
