We have invested significantly in the technological Autodialler (QTS), with predictive dialling capabilities for more efficient management of sample and
interviewing systems. The auto dialer works to determine how and when to dial numbers, how to respond to certain result codes and how to distribute calls to interviewers. Because these results are determined by an SMS algorithm the system has complete control over the operational parameters. This results in significantly increased efficiencies in sample management and ensures that all sample is used to its maximum capacity. The outcome for you is faster completion of projects, lower staff costs, and increased control.
Sampling Expertise
We have the capabilities for any sampling requirement. Through our affiliation with list providers we are able to purchase sample for more difficult and specific projects to help you obtain the results from the right audience.
To ensure a non-bias approach to general sample requirements NFS utilises Random Digit Dialling (RDD). This randomly generated phone number database has been designed to provide a high quality sampling for residential Australian households. Main benefits of this RDD sample include:
