NFS ensures that all the online sample sources it uses adhere to industry standards and government requirements related to privacy and spam email. We choose to work with sample vendors that recruit from a wide range of sources and have controls in place to prevent the same respondents completing multiple questionnaires on similar topics within short periods to time.

NFS can also utilise client email lists provided that we follow research industry rules, such as identifying the list provider in the survey invitation.

We can support and provide data in all data formats, with particular emphasis on Quantum, Surveycraft, SPSS and ASCII outputs.
