National Field Services prides itself on its quality control process to ensure the integrity and accuracy of survey results. We are a member of an international group with a strong quality control culture within all departments, carrying through set up and implementation of all studies.
National Field Services has ISO 20252 accreditation which provides high quality assurance above the previous IQCA accreditation through internal quality audits across all departments. We were awarded with the accreditation in March 2008 and we are audited annually. The ISO 20252 accreditation covers all facets of data collection, training, supervision and validation processes. This area defines the quality requirements covering electronic data capture, development of code frames, data coding verification, data entry, data entry verification, data file management, presentation of data, data analysis verification, virus checking and data storage. The purpose to achieving these integrated standards is to ensure that the service we provide is not only accurate and timely, but also that the results we provide help our clients to manage their product more effectively. In addition to our annual external audit, we also conduct on-going quarterly internal audits.

All senior research executives of NFS are members of AMSRS and as such are bound by the Society’s Code of Professional Behaviour.
